Discover the red wine of Savoie Mondeuse Arbin, Le Coteau d’Albert, a remarkable wine with a purple-red color with violet reflections. Its nose is captivating, offering concentrated aromas of small red fruits and spring flowers, especially violet.
On the palate, this wine is ample and peppery, with a finish marked by the typical acidity of the grape variety and a significant amount of melted tannins. Enjoy finding the various aromas of violet, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, and green pepper. Its spicy structure and omnipresent but soft tannins make this wine heady and long in the mouth.
This wine, the pinnacle of the art of Savoie red wine, goes wonderfully with red meat, leg of lamb and mountain cheeses. After a few years of aging, it will be superb with big game such as wild boar, deer and roe deer.
For the record, Albert Tiollier planted these vines at the beginning of the last century. Today, several generations later, Sylvain continues the tradition with passion, on the same hillside.
